The San Diego Old Aztecs Rugby Club
The Old Aztecs Rugby Football Club was founded in 1978 by San Diego State University alumni. Through the years the Club has grown into a staple of San Diego and SoCal rugby. We have players from all over the United State, along with a contingent of international players. This mix of experiences allows us to drive growth in a unique way for all.
The Old Aztecs are committed to success. This is only possible through player development and involvement. The OA's welcome players of ALL levels and backgrounds to join the club, learn the game, enhance and develop skills, and play at a high level.
The club strives to create a fun, inclusive, and family oriented atmosphere. No one is above anyone, or the game. As a part of the OA family, members experience all aspects of rugby on and off the field. As the old saying goes, we work hard, and we play hard.
